Original recipe Felfela falafel raw mix and seasoning to be cooked in the comfort of your home.
Raw mix falafel comes with a complimentary side of tahini + bread.
Can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to one month.

To cook raw falafel:
1. Heat vegtable oil to approximately 180 degrees
2. While oil if heating, add desired amount of raw falafel mix into a bowl and add seasoning. Thoroughly mix together and roll into balls.
3. Carefully place seasoned balls into oil till crispy brown outershell forms (approx. 3-4mins).
4. Remove from oil and place on plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb any extra oil.
5. Enjoy!
